The International Cricket Council (ICC) announced on Monday that ticket sales for the Pakistan leg of the Champions Trophy 2025 will commence on Tuesday, despite ongoing stadium renovation work. The three host venues in Pakistan—Karachi’s National Bank Stadium, Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium, and Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium—are racing against time to meet the January 30 deadline for handover to the ICC.
Tournament Details
The tournament is scheduled to run from February 19 to March 9, hosted across Pakistan and Dubai. India will play their matches in Dubai. More details regarding ticket availability for the Dubai matches will be released in the coming days.
PCB Assures Timely Completion of Preparations
Amid concerns about delayed construction at the three Pakistani venues, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) dismissed rumors that the tournament could be moved out of the country. The PCB emphasized the ongoing presence of an ICC delegation in Pakistan as a sign that preparations are on schedule.
