- February 7: Renovated Gaddafi Stadium to be officially opened, with Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif invited as the chief guest.
- February 11: Launch of the renovated National Stadium, Karachi, with President Asif Ali Zardari invited.
- February 16: Captains’ press conference and photoshoot in Lahore, followed by the opening ceremony at Huzoori Bagh inside the historic Lahore Fort.
- February 19: Tournament opener – Pakistan vs. New Zealand at National Stadium, Karachi.
Grand Opening Ceremony at Lahore Fort
The historic Lahore Fort’s Huzoori Bagh will host the ceremonial opening, with officials from various cricket boards, legendary players, government dignitaries, and celebrities in attendance.
India’s Participation & Hybrid Model
- The Indian team will play all their Champions Trophy matches in Dubai under the hybrid model agreed upon by ICC, PCB, and BCCI.
- If India qualifies for the final, it will also be held in Dubai on March 9.
